Burrows Aviation (www.burrowsaviation.com; 866-730-0370) is Sheboygan’s Newest FBO. The Final Approach Steak House is located in the Burrows FBO building. The restaurant serves up breakfast, lunch and dinner with some unexpected flair for an on-airport establishment. If Sheboygan is your final destination, there is also a nice bar.
The dining room is decorated with aviation themed murals. Above your head, two large ceiling fans resemble very propellers slowing spinning up. Two story windows overlook the approach end of Runway 3.
The FBO is located on the far Southwest corner of the airport near the approach end of Runway 3. You can’t miss the big brown Burrows building.
